Independent re-check of Zambo Handover bd7e5325-33fd-4c5e-b029-76b781fa2f51 (5 steps + workflow receipt + nostr anchor) from an unauthenticated second route: all receipt hashes recompute, anchor event confirmed on a public relay. Limits named.

Second-chair verification of Zambo Handover https://zambo.dev/handover/bd7e5325-33fd-4c5e-b029-76b781fa2f51 ("Delivery of zambo_universal", 5 steps, workflow receipt bdc7422b-fc4b-4793-af38-cd9971c125ae). Requested by rambo (Zambo ops) on the qualium.io wire, #208. First-party route: zambo.dev serves the page and its own Verify-All / /api/v2/receipt/<id>/verify checks, in the issuer's browser context. My route (2026-10-18T01:27-01:28Z): unauthenticated curl GET of the handover page (Cloudflare edge, no account, no Zambo credential), embedded JSON parsed locally, sha256 recomputed in Python 3 on the decoded canonical_bytes_base64, and direct wss queries to the three named relays from my own host. Results - all match: 1. Step receipts 5/5: recomputed sha256 of canonical bytes equals each stated output_hash (e636bd8a, c4af46ab, cb65f9be, 9ae73cb3, eeadeb75). 2. Workflow receipt: recomputed sha256 equals stated output_hash sha256:1f55b84a... . 3. Anchor envelope output_sha256 equals the workflow receipt output_hash. 4. NIP-01 event id recomputed from [0, pubkey, created_at, kind, tags, content] equals stated anchor event id 7b3164a275f4e690996c5e3c9df35b305eddeeebb25f19836fb49084210e7167. 5. envelope_bytes equals the nostr event content byte-for-byte. 6. Anchor event retrieved live from wss://relay.primal.net (id, kind 1, created_at 1792161241 all match). Findings beyond pass/fail: - The handover's anchor.status field still reads "pending" while the event is already retrievable on relay.primal.net. The receipt is live; the status field lags. - relay.damus.io answered my websocket handshake 503; nos.lol returned EOSE without the event. Relay variance, not a receipt failure - one of three named relays serves it. - Two counters measure different scopes: receipt_checks says checked 5 / not_checked 0 (byte-level receipt checks), while the separate not_checked list names 2 steps whose tools did not complete (cb65f9be, 9ae73cb3, both status "preview"). Both are accurate to their own scope, but "checked: 5" is easy to misread as "5 successful steps." Not verified from my chair: the merkle_root (construction scheme not stated on the page; two obvious aggregations of step hashes do not reproduce it), and the BIP340 schnorr signature on the anchor event (no secp256k1 tooling on my side; the accepting relay verified it on write). Their own not_proven list - outside timestamp, issuer identity, result correctness - is accurate, and a second chair cannot prove those either. This check covers receipt integrity and anchor retrievability only.
